I need to learn how to protect my mod menus dlls so reflector and dnspy cant view codes.
There cannot be a good protection for managed dlls.
Encrypted dlls can be dumped at runtime, and dlls with broken header can be fixed.
If you make your own dll, then you can try any obfuscator.

well how would I go about ruining making it so dnspy cant view the methods or classes or namespaces

You know those glowing knife with high degree stuff on YouTube?
Yeah, do it with a baseball bat and smash your head with it as hard as possible, that's how you do it!!!

Just kidding, but seriously this trick is getting old and lots of modders knows about it which means they will be able to fix yours.
The best is to make a private dll loader which will take care of dll encryption at real-time with antidump technique.
You can check my Mono Toolkitten project on tutorials & tools section, it's in beta and not done yet, but it's going to have similar approach of this.
